Sun Angel Membership Terms

Sun Angel Memberships run from 1st October 2019 – 29th February 2020
You must show your loyalty card every visit.

Clients must be over 18 – if you’re lucky enough to look under 25, you will be required to show your Driving Licence or Passport when signing up for your Membership.

Additional Benefits

All Silver and Gold members will receive a £20 discount on 60-minute Dermalogica Facials and a £5 discount on Back, Neck & Shoulder Massages at Shwe Beauty.

You must bring your loyalty card to your appointments to receive your discount.

If you want to use any additional tanning minutes on our lay down & stand up sunbeds these will be HALF PRICE at just 50p per minute when you show your loyalty card.

Silver members can use their discounts Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm.

Gold members can use their discounts at ANY time.

Gold members receive a 10% discount on Waxing, Tinting & Threading treatments booked at our Tanning Salon, Shwe Tan. This discount is not available at Shwe Beauty.

Your membership cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion.

You agree to notify us of any changes in your Medical History or if you become pregnant.

Bookings

Bookings are subject to availability. We strongly advise to book in advance.

If you do not use your 4 monthly Sun Angels these will not be rolled over to the following month.

If you are booking your Sun Angel online, please select 'Sun Angel Course'.

Any additional Sun Angels required during the month will be at full price of £20.

Silver members - if you require a Sun Angel booking after 5pm or on Monday - Friday or on a Saturday or Sunday, this will be at full price of £20.

Bookings for treatments which are not made online will require a deposit.

We require 2 hours’ notice if you are cancelling or do not show up for your Sun Angel, otherwise, a £5 fee may be charged to your account.

48 hours must be left between each Sun Angel or Sun Bed session e.g. Mon (T) Weds (TH) Fri (SA) Sun (M) Tues (W) Thurs (F) Sat (S) etc…

Payments

By signing up on GoCardless you agree to a 5 month agreement from the date you join.

5 monthly payments will be taken from your account, the final payment will be February 2020.

GoCardless payments are non-refundable.

You are not permitted to cancel your payment agreement before five payments have been made.

We reserve the right to close the salon or cancel Sun Angel bookings for maintenance if required.

The salon will be closed on 8th, 25th and 26th December and 1st January.

Your Photo

We require a photo of you to be sent to us to add to our system.

We can take this in the salon for you or you can send this to us by email info@shwetan.co.uk or WhatsApp (07591207714).
