At Shwe, we love saying thank you to our clients.

With your Treatcard, you’ll earn points every time you visit us for a paid treatment or sun bed, buy a course, or pick up your favourite products — and you’ll get double points on all products.

Your points soon add up, and when you’re ready, you can swap them for bonus treatments as a little extra treat from us to you.

How to get started:

1. Open the Shwe App.
2. If you don’t have it yet, download it and register using the same email we have for you at the salon.
3. In the app, tap Loyalty → My TreatCard.
4. Check your name is correct. If anything doesn’t look right, or you can’t see the Loyalty or My TreatCard section, let us know on your next visit or email info@shwetan.co.uk

If you had a physical Treatcard, we’ve already transferred your points to your digital card in the Shwe app. If you register and nothing shows, please email info@shwetan.co.uk so we can help.

If you haven’t had a Treatcard before, please let us know at reception or email info@shwetan.co.uk and we’ll set one up for you.

What you can book with your points

Your Treatcard points can be swapped for bonus treatments. The more points you save, the bigger the treatment you can choose — from a relaxing back, neck & shoulder massage to a skin-boosting Dermalogica facial.

Treatcard rewards are designed to reward you with treatments you’ve never had with us before. It’s our way of giving you the chance to discover something new and enjoy something different from your usual bookings.

Your Treatcard reward needs to be booked alongside a paid treatment. This is because your treat is our way of giving you something extra when you visit — it can’t be booked on its own.

Exciting news if you’ve already been using your Treatcard

For a limited time, we’re adding two favourites that you can book again — even if you’ve had them before:

Back, Neck & Shoulder Massage (30 min) – available again until 30 November 2025
Dermalogica PRO Skin 60 Facial (60 min) – available again until 30 November 2025

PLUS Gel Colour Fingers with Soak Off is now always available as a Treatcard reward.

These treats need to be booked alongside a paid treatment, as they’re designed to be an extra thank you during your visit.

- Some treatments may need a patch test — please read the ‘i’ info symbol when booking to check if this applies to you.
- Rewards are subject to availability and may change.
- A deposit is required for all paid bookings.
- If you don’t attend your appointment, or give us less than 24 hours’ notice, your Treatcard reward will be lost and can’t be rebooked.
- If you’re unsure what you can book with your points, our reception team will help.
