Your one-hour experience begins with calming breathing techniques and a professional double cleanse, followed by targeted exfoliation tailored to your skin concerns. A professional serum is then applied before a soothing Conductive Masque Base is layered on to calm, hydrate and prepare the skin.
We then use ultrasonic technology to help active ingredients penetrate deeper, before continuing with advanced facial and intraoral NeuroSculpt massage to lift, firm and release deep facial tension. A cooling contour masque completes your treatment, helping to further firm, hydrate and support the skin-mind connection.

Who can’t have the NeuroSculpt treatment?
NeuroSculpt treatments use advanced facial and intraoral techniques, so there are a few situations where we may need to postpone your appointment.
We’re unable to carry out this treatment if you have:
- Any active cold sores, mouth infections, or open cuts inside or around the mouth
- Recently had dental work such as extractions, implants, or root canals (within 2–3 weeks)
- Severe acne, inflamed skin, or open breakouts in the treatment area
- Facial or oral cancer (especially if undergoing chemotherapy or radiotherapy)
We may also need to wait or adapt the treatment if:
- You’ve had Botox or dermal fillers in the past 2–3 weeks
- You’re in the first trimester of pregnancy
- You have jaw or nerve conditions such as TMJ pain or Bell’s palsy
- You wear fixed orthodontic braces
- Your skin therapist will always discuss your medical and skin history before starting, to make sure this treatment is safe and suitable for you.

When will I see results?Many clients see a visible lift and more balanced look immediately. But optimal results come over a few sessions as tension is released and circulation improves.
NeuroSculpt is a facial treatment that uses advanced touch techniques — including intraoral massage — together with Dermalogica’s NeuroTouch Symmetry Serum to lift, firm, sculpt, and balance facial features while supporting the skin–mind connection.
The Taster (20 min) is perfect if you want a quick experience to try it out. The 30-minute gives you a more complete sculpting session. The 60-minute is the fullest version — ideal for deeper contouring, more time relaxing, and maximum benefit.
We recommend a course of 3–6 treatments for best and lasting results. After that, maintenance treatments (e.g. once a month) help preserve your sculpt and glow.
No — there’s no downtime. You might feel slight tingling or warmth while we work, but you’ll be able to go about your day immediately after.
Most clients describe the intraoral techniques as a deep pressure massage — it can be intense but not painful. Your therapist works gently and you’re always in control. If anything feels uncomfortable, just let us know and we’ll adjust.
NeuroSculpt is recommended for people noticing facial asymmetry, jaw tension, or loss of firmness. It also suits those who carry facial tension from side-sleeping, stress, or repetitive expressions.
- Use gentle cleansers and hydrating products
- Avoid harsh exfoliants, retinoids or strong acids for at least 24 hours
- Keep skin protected with SPF
- Drink plenty of water
- Avoid heavy makeup immediately after (let the skin breathe)
Yes, you can — but we recommend waiting at least 2–3 weeks after having any filler or Botox before your NeuroSculpt treatment.
This gives the products time to settle properly and avoids the risk of moving them.
If you’re unsure, just let your therapist know when you had your last injectable treatment and we’ll advise you on the best time to book.
