We want you to be delighted every time you shop with us. Occasionally though, we know you may want to return items.
We’ll gladly accept returns for any products purchased from us and will issue a full refund upon receiving your items within 30 days of the PURCHASE date.

All returns must be pre-approved by our Manager.
Please contact us within 48 hours should you have any discrepancies with your order.

Place the unused item in its original condition into original shipper packaging.

Once we receive your returned product(s), we will issue your replacement or refund.

Deliveries will be sent via Royal Mail and you’ll receive them within 3 – 5 working days, so keep your eyes peeled for your local postie!
We strive every day to post as many orders as we can. Usually, that means that most orders get posted the same day if ordered before 12pm. If you order around that time or after the odds are that we will send it out the next day. Occasionally we might have to wait a day or so for some stock to arrive but that is only on a few occasions.
We will send you an email once your order has been shipped so you'll know that is on its way to you.
Delivery is free of charge for orders over £25. Delivery is £2.95 for orders under £25 or you can choose to collect your items from our Tanning or Beauty salon.
