I feel as though she really valued my opinion
Girls at reception were really friendly and knowledgeable. My eyebrows look amazing, I'm so happy with my result. The technician made me feel really comfortable, very chatty (which I love!) And also made me feel like she was taking time with my appointment, not rushed at all. I really appreciated her asking me how I like my eyebrows done first, as in the past at other places, they have just been waxed without asking and the result wasn't quite what I wanted! I feel as though she really valued my opinion and gave me the brows I wanted! Can't wait to come back

Was a lovely experience I was greeted very nice and made to feel welcome and Laura who done my nails was very chatty which was lovely she was very helpful with tips to help with the growth of my nails. I will definitely be coming back for Laura to do my nails again

Sophie made me feel relaxed from the start and after both my treatments I had been made to feel so relaxed I would have happily stayed all day! Thank you Sophie for being so kind and friendly and giving me a couple of hours of seriously good pampering!

Always professional, everyone is so friendly and polite. I don’t go anywhere else now when I need my beauty treatments for this reason. Once you find somewhere like shwe you always come back. I was in for waxing today but Sophie also does the best back & neck massages! Thank you

It was the most relaxing and indulgent facial I’ve had in a long time - Meghan always makes you feel at ease and gives the best massages as well - I just wish it was longer than 60 minutes, I can’t wait for my next one!

I have fair skin which can burn easily and so I was really nervous about trying a new tanning place. Victoria was amazing at taking time to explain the different tanning bed options and tailoring those options to suit my skin type/tanning needs. I felt so welcome that I purchased a course (which was very reasonably priced) as I knew I would be returning straight away. The place was clean and the facilities are amazing. The beds have also given me much better results in one session that I had over 3 sessions in my last tanning shop. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a friendly, clean and effective tanning shop.

Jess was so friendly, really chatty and asked me if I was happy throughout my appointment. She was very aware of getting my nails just right which is always a good sign. Really pleased with my Rockstar nails.
