Extremely polite and friendly

Kerry was lovely and made me feel at ease straight away. She advised me on the different tanning sprays and what sort of results to expect from each one. Kerry seemed very knowledgeable and was extremely polite and friendly. I would certainly recommend it to anyone thinking about paying a visit.

Warm and friendly

Perfectly clean

Made such a difference

It was great

This is the second time I’ve had a spray tan with Abi, and it was great. She ensures you get what you’ve asked for and makes sure to cover aftercare, so you get the most out of your spray tan

Hardly any pain

Gemma made me feel very at ease when I was feeling quite nervous and a little embarrassed about having my first Hollywood wax. Her technique was great as I had hardly any pain, so I booked back in with her when my next wax is due. She was also very informative about the aftercare

Instantly makes you feel at ease

This was my second time in the last 2 months having a spray tan at the salon. I'm very impressed again. The spray tan is brilliant and the service provided by Jessica was excellent. She is so lovely and instantly makes you feel at ease. Jessica was so welcoming and friendly but also extremely professional. Thank you again! I have already booked another appointment for August

Very attentive

Amazing

I really look forward to my next visit

Really impressed at the high level of customer service at Shwe. There is a lovely warm welcome when you walk in, and the receptionists are immaculately presented and ready to make you feel valued as their customers. The tanning bed and room were clean and hygienic, with brand new tubes on the bed, which was well communicated by reception and with signs. Another luxury experience for me. Thank you so much, and I really look forward to my next visit.
