Are you a talented Beauty Therapist ready for an exciting new opportunity?

We’re looking for an experienced Beauty Therapist to join our friendly, professional team, working evenings and weekends. This role is best suited to a therapist who is confident working independently.

Established in 2010, our salon has grown into a team of 15, including beauty therapists, receptionists and junior team members, all focused on delivering a five star client experience.

Our salon includes:

• Three private treatment rooms
• Two pedicure areas
• A dedicated spray tan room
• Three nail bars
• Three Ergoline sun beds

We offer a wide range of treatments, including:

• Waxing
• Dermalogica skin treatments
• Swedish, Pregnancy and Lava Shell massage
• Spray tanning
• Gel Manicures and pedicures
• Tinting & Threading
• LVL lashes and lash extensions
• Male treatments (excluding intimate waxing)

What will you be doing?

• Delivering high-quality beauty treatments
• Creating a welcoming and professional client experience
• Maintaining excellent cleanliness standards
• Supporting team targets and salon performance
• Recommending suitable products and aftercare
• Managing bookings and payments using Phorest.

What we need from you

You must be confident in:

• Hollywood waxing
• Swedish massage
• Indian head massage
• Professional skin treatments

You’ll also need to feel comfortable treating male clients (we do not offer male intimate waxing).

We’re looking for someone who is:

• Warm, friendly and confident with clients
• Professional and reliable
• Well organised with strong timekeeping

• Keen to learn and develop
• Detail-focused with high standards

Skills & experience required

Must Have
• NVQ Level 3 Beauty Therapy
• Minimum 2 years industry experience after qualifying
• Confidence in Swedish massage
• Confidence in Hollywood waxing
• Passion for skincare and client results.

Bonus Skills
• Phorest experience
• Spray tanning
• Threading
• LVL or lash extensions
• Pregnancy massage
• Dermalogica treatment experience

Certificates and two references are required.

Hours

Available shifts include:

Wednesdays: 5pm to 9:15pm
Fridays: 5pm to 9:15pm
Saturdays: 8:45am to 6:15pm
Sundays: 9:45am to 6:15pm

You don’t need to be available every weekend. These are the shifts we’re looking to fill right now.

Additional hours may become available as your client base grows or to cover team holidays, particularly during busy summer months.

Probation period: 3 months.

Everyone works together on closing duties. You’ll normally finish within 15 minutes after closing, often sooner.

This is a permanent role with opportunities for increased hours in the future.
